What this quote means to me is that, in society, we tend to have this one idea on what it means to be smart or talented. By comparing ourselves to this one idea, many people fall short and feel that they’re limited or stupid. However, there’s no such thing as an untalented person. Everybody has strengths and weaknesses, even if they don’t match up to another person’s. And if we’re not satisfied by our current limits...well, thanks to the Internet, we have a multitude of resources at our fingertips. It’s possible to learn almost anything, and by doing so, we’re able to shape ourselves into the person we’d like to be. |
